Gerbo GX to Multiplus 12/3000/120 communication problem

I have a Gerbo GX with a GX Touch 50 connected to my Multiplus 12/3000/120 thru cat 5 cable. I don't seem to be able to connect so i can see what is happening. I also have a BMV-712 and MPPT 100/50 connected that work fine. Any ideas?

Check the cat5 cable or replace it with another one.

Make sure the cable connects to the VE.Bus port of the Cerbo GX, not the Ethernet or VE.Can port.

Thanks for the quick response. I have tried tired 2 cables. I will try another. I also checked the connections to make sure I was in the correct port.

Ended up being 2 bad cables. Thanks
