MPPT 75/15 not charging

Had this charge controller well working four years. Now it has stopped. When I disconect from the batteries it still shows voltages around 14V. When I disconect the solarcells it goes down to 0,8 on batteri. Is this right?

Fuse ok. All contacts ok.

Replaced and testet with another old regulator and it works.

It seems that the Victron some how has frosen with 14 V at the battery and then stops charging. Can this happen?

What is the panel voltage? It would need to be at least 5V above the battery to enable the charger.

Have you checked the fuse?

Panels givs 19 V and evan more. The actual difrence between solarcells and batteries are more than 5.
