Hi All, scratching my head - went through the topics but cant find a solution.
I recently bought a new generator for our off grid set up. we have a quattro15000/48 with Pylon Tech batteries. excellent set up - but when the Generator starts, it either continually cuts out or generates an inverter overload warning and shuts the inverter down.
The load wouldn't be any where close to the limit, nor the temperature and while the Genny can do a COP of 5000W, I've set it to 12Amp (3400 circa) to keep it comfy.
does anyone have any idea whey this happens? I've tried it on power assist as well as pass thru
its as if the inverter rejects the AC supply coming from it.
