NEW TO FORUM. BOUGHT THE MULTI II 3000 50 AMP 2X120. IT IS NOT PROVIDING UPS, NOT INVERTING ANY POWER, ON 30 AMP LIMIT FROM SHORE, SYSTEM SHTS DOWN AND RESETS WHEN EXCEEDS 30 AMPS. I HAVE WORKED WITH DEALER I PURCHASED TO NO RESOLUTION. I NEED SOME HELP TO TRY AND DIAGNOSE THE PROBLEM
First suspect would be the battery here.
Or I would question if the inverter is big enough for the loads on it.
It can only power assist up to its invert ability, if the battery is able.
And will only power assist on L1
THE SWITCH IS ON AND ON 1. RIGHT NOW WE ARE ON A 30 AMP SHORE WITH A LIMI OF 30 AMP, POWER ASSIST IS ON, LEVEL 2 X, WHN POWER ISOFF, INVERTER DOES NOT UPS NOR RUN ANY POWER TO ANY LINES . BATTERIES ALL AT 14.4 VOLTS 538 AMP HR, CABLES SECURE AND TIGHT, SHUNT WORKING, CERBO WORKING
Disconnect all AC in and out. Switch it on, does it start up and invert?
If it does, then switch off, connect ac out. No loads. Switch on.
Is there a problem? Check ac out wiring. If not proceed to load tests.
Add loads untill max or slight over load. If it cuts out then its batteries.
