DC ripple with quattro and BYD

hello guys

we are facing a weird situation in one of our system since we made the installation till now.

the system is composed of ( 16 kwh LVS BYD + 15 kva quattro + 32 X 400 wp trina solar panel connect to 3 250/100 mppt as 12 pvs /1 mppt)

since the first day we are phasing a dc ripple issue it always happen in the after noon between 11 am to 1 pm the system

we have installed many systems like this combination and they are working perfectly

15kVa Quattro uses 2x 95mm² cable for negative and 2x 95mm² for positive. I would start with changing that.

See the quattro printed manual on page 9.

The DC ripple can either be heat (high resistance connections) or the battery voltage or some cell voltages going too high. The only way to determine which is to see more data.
