Good Morning from South Africa!
As we have bad load shedding here (surprise!) plus bad weather I tried to recharge my 4 PylonTechs US 2000 via scheduled charging. However, while ESS is switching to a scheduled charge on the the display of the CCGX, no power is channeled to the batteries. Moreover, when I want to navigate from Settings to the Page display the CCGX reboots. I'm on firmware version 2.87 but even when I downgrade to the backup 2.66 the CCGX crashes. On my VRM app I see the warning: "GX Error #48 DVCC with incompatible firmware: Warning".
I have resorted to a forced charge with a grid set point of 1400W just to have power during the black outs. The rest of the system seems to run smoothly.
Any suggestions?
