I had a Victron Energy user call our shop today saying he has a stripped screw on one of the AC input terminals on his Multi. The screw begins to tighten and then loosens up like the threads on the screw was stripped. This is not a warranty repair request. He's the second owner of the Multi and it's likely he or the original owner over-torqued the screw.
Does anyone have a part number for a replacement terminal block or an alternative idea for how this can be repaired?
