Hi guys, I have a MultiPlus-II connected to grid charging to batteries but does not show AC In current or power, however it shows that the energy is from AC Out L1 and is a negative number.
I have checked all the wiring and it is correct. Any ideas?
MultiPlus-II 48/5000/70 on latest firmware. No assistants.

I don't know what this is, but it's surely not normal.
What is the GX device, internal to the Multi, or a separate external unit? You have no other external devices like an Energy Meter or suchlike?
GX firmware? the latest is v2.87. Update it if not.
Things to try.. A GX reboot, something may be knotted.
Switch name of Grid to Generator and/or Shore. See what happens.
Turn on Has DC System, to see how it handles that.
In the Multi's Advanced screen there's also options for Redetect System and System Reset. (Edit/. Before fooling with these though, best download and save your settings file).
Looking for clues..
GX device is on latest 2.87 firmware. Even in VE Config the data is presenting the same way - negative readings on AC Out and no values except for AC voltage in AC In section.
Tried your suggestions - didn't work :(
It seem the condition when you have AC PV inverter connected with AC loads (or other not grid forming AC source) and you load batteries from AC out.
