Changing the Administrator in a VRM installation

I received a message from VRM requesting me to give access to another user for a particular installation. I thought it was an Admin that initiated that, because he discussed that with me on phone. I gave access to the user which I later got to know that none of the Admins requested any access for any user. Now this new user deleted all the Admins from having access to this installation. Please how can I regain access to this installation?
