11Kw bow prop on 3*5kVa quattro possible?

Would it be possible to run a 11kW bow thruster with a cos of 0,9 and a soft starter on 3x 5kVa quattro?

Once started the inverters should be able to handle the motor, but is there a chance they will be able to handle the inrush current with a slow starter.

Asking this because now there is a generator running 8hrs a day, for a bow thruster used about 45-60 seconds each hour. We have the 5kVa units laying around. Don't want to buy new 8 or 10k units, but don't want to build a system if it's impossible to run.

Should be possible, I would try connecting the system to see. The battery would be critical in this, as it must be able to handle the peak current with little drop. Inverter peak power will be ~20 - 30 kW.
