Mppt Rs450/100 error #35

RS 450/100 with with 8 x 540 watts and total Voc 397. Firmware is 1:08 but on cloudy days still getting #35 error. Voltage all below 450 volts even at our lowest daytime temperatures. I have three units all doing the same. I have a few RS units with 7 x 540 which are not displaying error code. However, according to RS spec it should be coping with 8 x 540?

What is the battery float Voltage at the time of the error? Remember that the PV Voc should not be more than 8x battery float Voltage.
