Is it possible to have one MP2 on one phase and then, step by step, add another MP2 für each phase, so in the 2nd step two MP2 are combined to drive two phases and then, later, the third MP2 joins the game?

You can add MP-II units to the phases one by one as long as they are separate systems.
If at the end you decide to make them work as a 3-phase system they have to be the same model preferably close in production dates.
