Installing two quatro 5000 120 volt in split phase 240 volt off grid and want to wire a 240 volt generator to both Quatros 120 volts each and use both battery chargers to double my charge rate is this possible?

Assuming the generator is 120/240VAC split phase, yes.

Do you know the best place to find a wiring diagram for this. I have been looking through Victrons website and the search function doesn't seem to work like I think. I am struggling to find it.
