Victron SHS 200 MPPT

Hi I need to figure out if i can use a Victron SHS(solar home system) 200 MPPT to control a Victron inverter. I need the SHS to tell the inverter to cut off when the SHS is inactive due to non-payment but dont know how to program it to do so. The SHS is a Pay-as-you-go system.
