You are lacking quite a bit of information, we cant help unless you supply the full site details and also some screen shots of the problems. and how everything is connected, a wiring diagram would also be helpfull

I just did a install today with no BASIC issues, with a 2 x Quattro 24/8000 Fw 433 and 2 x mppt 250/85 Fw 1.39 units connected to a 20 Kw Lithium Battery Bank also connected to a CCGX Fw 2.23 via VE Direct and VE Bus to the quattros and the CCGX, Also installed a Bluetooth Smart battery sence and a BMV712 all connected with the Bluetooth network.

Full site details are irrelevant here

Wiring diagrams are irrelevant too

The mppt are connected via a ve direct cable to the colour gx and have been working on the system for over 6 months on one site and 3 months on the other

Just posting the issue to see if there was a bug etc as seen guy comment on another situation and said a firmware update was fixing the issue

these mppts in the picture are all connected via VE Direct, and you have a CCGX so what settings are there in the CCGX in relation the to solar chargers network settings etc etc.

your question is two wide to be answered unless you help with information on the setup

I would be supecting a setup issue or something has changed , that that is is the question for you to look at and find
