inverter is not takeing the input power at all, the relays are clicking on and then off. checked frequence, voltage and all is fine

In the GX is the incoming power shown correctly? Then when it tries to connect is the voltage stable or does it change?
We had a system where the mains breaker on the incoming line had a problem. Changed that and it was fine. Quattro saw good voltage but when it tried to connect and load you would see an issue
