blue smart charger as power supply voltage setting

Hi there, I would like to use the blue smart charger 12/30 as a power supply. Now the default voltage of 12.8V is too high for me. When using the app in demo mode for the device, the voltage can be changed. This function is not possible with a direct connection via bluetooth. Anyone have advice?

The power supply function is designed to have a constant regulated voltage output.

I have one at home 12.8v is the lowest it can be set. 14.7v is the highest. For a 12v battery charger it makes no sense to go lower.
