Victron Dc bus voltage higher than measured voltage

Hi All,

Equipment installed:

-1 X FreedomWon 10kwh Battery

-2 X 5kva MP2 in parallel

-2 X 250/100 SmartSolar CC's

The problem I'm having is that the Battery is displaying(via CanBus) a voltage of 54v and this is the actual DC Bus voltage confirmed with a multimeter, The two inverters and two charge controllers are displaying a voltage of 56V(sometimes 57V), At time of measurement the battery had no current flowing either way(idle)

Because the voltage is reading so high the Victron equipment is not charging the battery,

This system has been installed for about 11 months and the problem only started about 1 month ago.

Regards,

Russell Ralph

Is this with the battery at 100% SOC?

I see the same behaviour but with a different battery manufacturer.

In my case this only seems to happen while charging, once fully charged the two agree within 0.1V
