BMV-702 Zero Voltage Reading

Hi .. I have a 24V system with the BMV-702 monitoring the house bank and the starter batteries (24v-Aux).

It has worked well for 5 years or so but the voltages for both the main and aux were displaying too low (e.g. aux was showing 1V instead of 24v).

I cleaned the contacts on the shunt and then reassembled .. now it shows zero voltage for both Main and Aux. Obviously it is running and 24v is available at the input of display. So it gets 24v to run but doesn't show the Main voltage. I have reset to defaults and configured again ,, no change.

The current monitor seems show fine.

Any ideas?

Many thanks

Some screen shots of the setup preferable when using Victron Connect via bluetooth dongle or via the vrm.

Sounds like there's something wrong in the 702. Dealer job, sorry.
