I am having great difficulty with the programming of my Phoenix 12/50 charger. I have the cable remote option. It does not seem to remember the settings, How do you save changes? The instructions say to switch remote to another value (example from 10 to 20) I can only get about 8 1/2 volts output. Do you have a video or better instructions?
