how to sense AC from Generator or shore power

I have a cerbo GX, a BMV712, and a mppt charge controller. I do not have an inverter. I do not have a victron charger

How can I view the AC and Generator status? Do I need a victron charger or inverter for it to be possible?

Thanks Alexandra. Do you know if there is a more simple method? I only care to know if AC is on or off. I don't care about actually measuring the power.

A 230v panel indicator light?Mine has volts too so I know if it is gone or rejected.
