Two MPPT 150/35 in parallel?

I have one solar grid, would like to feed two battery banks, can I split it from the input side to control two battery banks with two MPPT controllers? Thanks.

No, the two MPPT controller will fight each other as they attempt to find the maximum power transfer point.

If you can't split the solar array, you'll need a DC-DC charger from one battery bank to the other.

Just FYI, only want 11 amps or so for each bank. Not too much.

If the banks have the same battery type and are wired for the same voltage, yes. Otherwise you need to go with @Kevin Windrem solution.
