My BMV712 SOC Reads Low Even At 14.0V

All Victron. 990w solar. We are boondocking in our RV. The BMV712 shows 60% battery at 14.0v. It only began coming up from 54% (at 13.2v) after running our generator for an hour. 4 SOK 206AH lithium batteries. Currently showing 14.0v on battery pack, 557w solar coming in, 808w of generator coming in, 206w AC load. MultiPlus II, CerboGX and GX 50 touch, MPPT 15/70 Smart Solar controller. Why showing 60% at 14.0V on batteries and low SOC?photo-on-3-17-22-at-1150-am.jpg

First question is how long it's been like this. The numbers don't add up which suggests it's not wired properly.

Second is what battery parameters are configured in the BMV. But as the battery is still charging, although the charge level will rise, it needs to see the readings it expects to say battery full and synch to 100%. Voltage doesn't really tell you SOC with any accuracy.

Our SOC values were right on until we unplugged from our 50amp shore power. Overnight the SOC drifted to 53% even though the battery showed 13.3v. Is SOC more than battery voltage?

Please include screenshots of your BMV configuration. It's likely a sync issue.

It helps to remember that LFP voltage is pretty unreliable as an indication of SoC unless it's been completely at rest (no charge or discharge) for a bit.
