Have a 3 phase system that has been working fine (portable BESS), was shifted and now refuses to accept charge input, when broken down down to individual systems L1 & L3 accept charge but L2 doesn't. firmware update done and loaded file from L1 but still no luck with L2. Used supply cable on other system no issue. This has actually now occurred on 2 different units both with L2 fault.
