Ripple shutdown? Quattro 48/5000, offgrid, 100ah LifePo4 battery

Hey guys,

System has been operating for over 9 months, have twice experienced a DC ripple shutdown / lockout. In both cases system was nowhere near full load, at temperature extremes, etc. Yesterdays shutdown appears to have happened around the transition from absorb to float and wondering if that somehow caused/exacerbated a ripple - though it shouldn't be >5v needed to shutdown.

Appreciate any insights! Have double checked cables, but will check each bus bar also. (Battery was balanced before building, shows 0.01v delta between min/max cell during normal use)

[System overview]

Quattro 48/5000 (120v) [Firmware 494]
+- 2/0 (70mm) battery cables (6' length +, 4' length -)
++ Blue Seas MRBF fuse holder mounted directly to + terminal on battery
-- Negative bus bar
-- 24" 8awg x 2 soldered to BMS (so both +/- cables are 6' overall)
16s Fortune 100ah LifePo4 cells, Overkill BMS (JBD)
.. Connected to Cerbo GX using (https://github.com/Louisvdw/dbus-serialbattery)

BlueSolar MPPT 150/45 [Firmware 1.59]
3p2s 425w panels (2550w total)

This sounds like it might be the problem I had. See my post here.

If you can, setup midpoint monitoring. My batteries are balanced too, but at the very end of charge, the one spikes. I had to lower absorption voltage.
