multiplus ii charging setting

Using shore power, MPII is charging at exactly 44amps, i believe it did charge with 50 amps in the past. MPPT has 70amp charger, but it is not yet connected to PV panels. Shore power is set to 16A, so that should be plenty for 50A charging on 24V DC system. Temp compensation disabled. DVCC enabled (Limit charge current disabled, SVS STS enabled, SCS disabled).

Both MPII and MPPT have charger set to 50A and absorption to 28,2V, so why i get only 44A charging? Which other settings can influence charging amps?

Which Multiplus II?

What is the battery capacity and type?

And at which SOC it is taking 44A?

It could be that the battery does not take a higher current at those conditions.

MPII in ESIIGX 24/3000. 100AH, 24V lifepo4 battery rated for 100A charge, at any SOC.

Can't be at "any SOC". When close to full, a 100Ah LiFePO4 won't take 44A.

Last 5 minutes of absorption yes. I meant, i doesnt matter if i start charging at 16, 50 or 70% SOC, i get 44-46A fixed charging rate (but most of the time it is dead on 44A).

Even if i change charge rate to 70A, which is max for my MPII, it charges with only 44A.

Maximum battery charge current (4) 70 A

Must be the settings, i just dont know which one(s), that i changed, or the upgrade changed.
