IP-65 okay with engine running?? Permanent install?

Love my IP-65 charger for wintering 3 100Ah lithium battery bank in our RAM ProMaster.

I can't seem to find if that charger is okay when I start the engine? Does it need to be disconnected first?

I can easily toss in a disconnect switch, but knowing the quality of Victron, I'm sensing I do not need to disconnect this charger at all, whether on solar, lithium bank, alternator or car battery. It can be a permanent install?

Should be fine as a permanent install.
