Why is it 50Hz on my Quattros

Not sure what's going on, but my quattros are outputting 50Hz when inverting. The system is configured for 60hz (and passes that fine when using shore power). What might be going on? 2 Quattros in Split Phase. Thanks

Spec is typically ±0.1 on specified Hz, so 48.8Hz is ugly. My 60Hz Quattro is never out by more than the ±0.1Hz.

Both units must be configured independently. Have you attempted to view/change configuration via VEConfigure3 on both units?

Have you solved this issue? I am facing the same issue. My inverter is outputting 50hz, in USA.

In passthrough mode L1 Input 120v/60hz and L2 Input 120v/60hz, the L1 Output is 120v/60Hz and the L2 Output is 120v/60Hz.

When mains is turned off, the L1 Output becomes 120v/50Hz and L2 Output becomes 120v/50hz.
