Low Voltage on AC-IN when nothing connected there.

Why is there 1.43vac on ac1 in l and neutral when multiplus 12/3000 120 50 is inverting? This reading is on the multi ac in with ac in wireing removed.

If completely open circuit with nothing but the load of the multimeter, then that would be expected.
You are measuring Voltage induced into the wiring from inside the inverter which is producing an alternating current. There are backfeed relays with open contacts which are a few mm away from the other contacts with 240V on them. It acting like an antenna close to another antenna which is transmitting a strong signal.

Your probably multimeter has a load of about 10MΩ which is quite high. If your multimeter has a low Z range or if you put a higher burden on the points that you are measuring, then your reading will probably go to 0Ω or something very low.
