High AC Voltage under load - Multiplus 3000

I have a pair of Multiplus 3000 units configured for parallel operation. Today, my UPS on my computer started alarming for high AC voltage when I turned on the microwave. I double-checked at the outlet with a meter and sure enough it jumps from 116VAC to 135VAC when the microwave is running. I also see a voltage spike like this when the refrigerator kicks in.

Does anyone have any thoughts??
