Smartsolar MPPT: Possible to find out the maximum solar power?

I there a way to find out the maximum PV power available when the battery is fully charged?

For example, if the solar power is over 500W and the battery is full, I like to swith on a consumer.

power = voltage x current
If the MPPT isn't charging there is no current flow and without current there is no power.

So no, that is not possible.
