Recommendation Back Boost or Orion?

Having 3x200Ah smart lithium batteries in my RV.

what would be the best alternative if I would like to maximize charging from my alternator (Iveco Daily 150A)

2 x Orion 12/12 30A or Back Boost 100A?

The Buck-Boost option does offer more charge power (100A over 60A). you'd need 3x Orion for 90A charge to get close to the 100A Buck-Boost at which point the Buck-Boost is more cost effective.

Buck-Boost needs a Windows PC to program it and set it up whereas the Orion Smart devices can be set up with VictronConnect on a Smart phone or tablet.

Buck-Boost would be easier to wire up because there would just be the one circuit and fuse, 3x Orions would require three circuits with their own fuse which starts to get cumbersome in a vehicle.

Those are a few pros and cons which I can offer to try and help you decide.

To add, check your alternator output. If you load heavily for long ish periods, you might overheat and break it.
