My system is a AC coupled PV System with a 3.1 sunny boy as the PV inverter, an quattro 5024 inverter charge, batteries and CCGX monitoring system.
the problem is the Sunny boy is not seen on VRM but can be seen charging the batteries. the load during the day rises to about 1.5kW system but the constant load is about 700W. When the sunny boy is generating, the AC load reduces to zero and stays remains at zero for majority of the day. My consumption data for the plant is compromised and the end user is very concerned
From the above attachment, the SMA Inverter is not seen on the Device list. the IP addresses for the SMA and the CCGX are in the same network as the router but still the Sunny boy is not seen on VRM
