question

Hi,

I'm facing a Quattro (5kw / 230V / 12V) which will not start up. The batteries are low (17.6 %)

It just cycles through this sequnce:

1. All LEDs dark
2. Green LED Mains on flashing
3. Green LED Mains on going steady and Float lighting up for a very short time (< 1 Second), sound of relay audible.
4. Go to 1 and repeat

What I did for troubleshuting:

• Measured mains voltage at AC-In of Quattro: 233V not going down during startup.
• Measured battery voltage at the batteries and on the connections of the Quattro. The same voltage (12.69V).
• Removed AC out wiring from AC out 1 (AC out 2 not connected). No change.

The system was in operation for over four years, so I assume that configuration is correct.

Any hints?
