Buck Boost

We have a Sprinter RV with a Buck Boost. The Buck Boost in and out lights remain green and purple when the engine is off. From what I’ve read, the Buck Boost is suppose to turn off when the engine is turned off; which to me means the lights should not be illuminated. Am I correct? If so, is there anything we can do to get the Buck Boost to turn off when the engine is turned off?

I've no experience with these, but sounds like it is configured or wired wrongly.

If it's a new installation, then the installer should fix.

If it's old, best is to download the manual and also check how it's wired.

I guess the trigger wires are permanently on the battery, not on a switched circuit, and/or the input voltage setting is wrong. Make a note of the settings before changing anything.
