Explanation of items to be configure en VEConfigure 3

Is there a detailed explanation in some manual of each item to be configured in VEConfigure 3? For example: what exactly means in the Inverter tab, the following: 
DC Input low shut-down: 
DC Input low restart: 
DC Input low pre-alarm:
