Victron battery monitor shows battery only putting out 11 volts

Why would the monitor show the battery at 100 percent but only putting out 11 volts

More details about your system please.

If you just installed the BMV it always shows 100% and you have to make a full charge to synchronize it to the real battery SOC.

If it is an "old" installation there are maybe some wrong settings.
