- Hello I have a sailboat and I just installed a solar board with mppg victron. I also own a bank with stationary batteries and other with automotive batteries and a bluesea coupler that connects the batteries when the first is already charged, thus carrying both systens. the doubt is if you acted with the mppt I can let the batteries be connected or not since they are different. The mppt is connected to the stationary battery.
