When attempting to use Remote VE.Configure (90.04.228), at the point when we update/load Assistants we get the following message: "Internal Error Occurred - Please Contact Victron Energy"
We're unable to use the program. Would the previous version be available to download anywhere? We have 30 sites to update remotely so would appreciate any advice/help - thanks
@ColinS Please try the following to correct the VEConfigure problem.
Check if the directory:
C:\Users\<USERNAME>\AppData\Local\VirtualStore\ProgramData\VE Configure tools\
exists.
If so then this is likely causing the issue.
Please delete the directory "VE Configure tools" from this spot and restart VEConfigure.
The problem should be solved then.
(Note that the AppData folder is hidden by default. So you might have to unhide them first through your File Explorer view settings)

Not that it helps you, but perhaps anyone else reading this: on all our test systems it works well; just like it did before the release.

Interesting it happened when uploading assistants. I just took a look at VEConfig and it wanted to update. I declined but then it threw this..
Maybe you could try a reinstall?
