SITUATION:
New BlueSolar 100/20-48 solar charge controller (fw rev 03) installed to replace old one which had burned terminals. Firmware upgraded (VictronConnect Android V5.48) yesterday to fw V1.56 and today to fw V1.59.
PROBLEM:
No charge current on bulk mode. Zero (low negative) battery current, zero PV current, despite showing bulk charging status. (In ESS, battery is bulk charging from PV inverters, PMP-II 48/3000/35 also showing bulk status).
ADDITIONAL INFO:
PV is healthy: Voc=72V. Isc >8A.
I have reset several times (PV off, batt off, batt on, PV on). Load output is powering Venus GX (RPi) and is OK.
Problem exists irrespective of stand-alone function, remote control by ESS (DVCC configured for current control).
Problem exists irrespective of whether we use factory default or our custom settings. Old custom settings which worked on original unit hw rev 01 we removed, do not work. BlueSolar_ChargerMPPT_100_20_48V.vcsf is available.
No errors are shown.
