Quattro AC-OUT 2 earth

I am just wondering why the appendix A for the Quattro doesn't have anywhere for the earth wire on the AC-OUT 2 to be connected. Point P the grounding point only mentions AC-OUT 1 & AC-IN 1. Should equipment on the ac-out not be earthed as well?

I am getting a company to install all this but I like to know exactly what is happening with my equipment being installed.

PE (earth) is always the same (in, out, case) so if you want to use AC OUT 2 connect the PE to the PE connector of AC OUT 1.
