Listen to my two videos. The first is with the generator on, the other with no AC input. On the first, please listen when the BULK charging starts. Not before approx 3 minutes in the video we can hear the RPM of the generator decreases. The first times the BULK lights up there is no change in the RPM and the Overload led is blinking.
There is no AC load at all in any of the two videos.
This happens when the boat has been laying still for a couple of days. After getting the Quatro to work it works fine for days when I am out sailing (running engine and also the generator regularly).
I know that my 12V batterybank is very bad. It consists of 8x85Ah GEL batteries. It looses capacity very fast if I have some small loads on during night time. Could that be the problem?
Or is it a relay that is broken and make noice?
