I have tried several times to reset the PIN on my BMV-712-Smart unit. It will not let me reset the PIN and now does not recognize the PIN that I had. It keeps giving me an error and returning to the enter PIN screen. I have tried both the new one and the old one and neither work. Is there a way to reset it back to factory default?
Hi... Did you change the default password? Are there some other rv's in your space that have Victron? While holiday in spring of '19 my neighbor additionally had a Victron item. I could see his when I looked for gadgets and he could see mine. Conceivable to be searching for a gadget and interface with a default password set.
