Hello I want to connect the 2V batteries in the attached diagram with Balance Battery. Is the scheme possible? Does it help balance 12v strings? Thanks.Marian

As said, three balancers.
Each balancer has 3 connections. And balances 1 pair of 12V batteries (or strings as you're doing). Connection on balancer are to neg, mid point, positive. Victron have connection diagrams for 48V setups in the balancer focumentation which you can download. Just put your strings in place of the single cells they show.
