Charge Lead Carbon batteries

I have a Victron MPPT 100/30 and need advise how to configure it for 3 Lead Carbon batteries (parallell).

Any changes needed?

The spec for the battery: https://www.solarfam.nl/12v-200ah-solarfam-lead-carbon-battery.html

What temperature compensation should I use?

You need to ask the battery manufacturer what their requirements are, we can't do that here.

It should be included on a detailed battery spec sheet.

If you read the page you linked to it has the information for example it gives -5mV/'C for cycle charge. That seems lower than expected, that could be a value per cell so -30mV/'C may be required. Ask your supplier to confirm the value for the battery.
