SOC not recovering to 100%

Hi all,
i have several ESS instalations not recovering the SOC after BULK.
For example here on the Photo.
unbenannt.jpgIn setup we have 1h bulk and after bulk 95%.But its not resetting to 95% or even 100%.
Maybe someone has an idea.

Hello Michael, in this case some more information is needed to find the issue. It can be or the Charge profile or Settings in your batteries monitor.
Can you post some screen shots ?
