Multi-2-5kVA absorbs 4kW internally. How do I convince Segen in South Africa?

I have a Multi-2, newly installed, never worked, that absorbs 4 kW with no load connected. Segen had the inverter for 5 days and concluded that there is nothing wrong with the inverter.

Please see the following 5 short clips and tell me what more do I need to convince Segen that the inverter is faulty.

It would not be possible for a unit that size to dissipate 4KW without melting. Think about how hot a 2KW oven gets or a 3KW geyser. A braai is like 4-5KW when lekker and hot.

So, if the inverter has been tested OK on a workbench then that's great, you can now probably eliminate it from the equation and move on to find out what else could be causing the problem.
The system as a whole needs to be analysed, an engineer needs to look at the whole thing, not just a part of it.

Firstly, all your videos are private so can't be seen.

There is nowhere near sufficient information here. How about a wiring/configuration diagram and more detail on the setup?

I would get a qualified installer to review your setup, if a multi was "absorbing" 4kW it would probably be on fire by now.

If the inverter tests fine then your installation really needs a thorough review.
