BMV 712 Smart state of charge “circle” is blank but batteries are 100%? How can I fix this? Regards, Nomads

If you are 100% sure that the battery is 100% then you can use the button to Synchronise SOC to 100%.
You can find the button in the Battery Settings page near the bottom:
