Green flashing 'Mains on' light

I have the Multiplus -11 24 3000.
I have connected it to the 24 v battery and it works fine, running some appliances in my shed.
Then, I have disconnected the ac output, so there is no power being drawn from the inverter.
I have connected the ac mains input and I get the green 'mains on' flashing light and a clicking sound.

Are you able to offer me some advice please?

A flashing Mains LED means: Mains power is rejected.

This can happen if the quality of AC-in does not meet the parameters set up in the Multi.

You can check the meaning of LED flash codes with Victron Toolkit App.

(you cannot see the MAINS ON flashing in the screenshot, but in the App it does)

What kind of AC-in power do you have connected? (e.g. Generator or Shore Power)

It is certainly possible to change the parameters in the Multi, to accept AC input of less good quality. But for that you would need a MK3 programmer interface and a bit of experience would also be helpful. It might be a good idea to ask your installer, to help you out.
