BMV-712 not showing battery SOC after master battery switch was turned off

A system with a BMV-712 was left for a few weeks in the cold. The batter master switch was turned off, disconnecting the connection between the battery and all loads via a Lynx Distributor. The PV input via a 100/30 was left on, supplying power to the Shunt via the small gauge fused positive cable.

Upon turning the master switch back on, completing the normal circuits of the system, where the SOC should be in Victron Connect, there is only a line. The system is displaying the battery voltage accurately, but no SOC is detected with the time remaining being nanm. Removing all power from the Shunt and reapplying power does not reset this function.

The BMV need to synchronize now you have to make a full charge cycle.

Yes, Matthias is spot on. Mine did the same on initial power up. Once it charges completely and synchronizes, it will show a SOC. It needs that baseline to have something from which to calculate.
